摘 要 電解槽是有色冶金的關鍵設備之一，目前較多地采用了玻璃鋼襯里的防腐蝕手段。該文由銅、鎳等精煉工藝的實際腐蝕介質出發，從防腐蝕樹脂選材、新型乙烯基酯樹脂性能、工程質量控制等方面介紹了金川公司電解槽的腐蝕防護工程及實施情況。

CORROSION AND PROTECTION OF ELECTROBATH IN NON-FERROUS METALLURGICAL INDUCTRY

Abstract：Electrobath is one of the most importiont equipment in nonferrous metallurgical industry, FRP lining methods are often used as an anticorrosion measure in this area. This paper introduces the status quo of the electrobath anticorrosion engineering in Jinchuan Company ,the corrosion in copper and nickel metallurgy ,selecting material of anticorrosive resin ,performance of new vinyl resin ,control of the engineering quality and so on .

1 電解槽的腐蝕防護
有色冶金工業電解槽是有色金屬冶煉工藝的關鍵設備之一 。一旦電解槽發生了腐蝕，除了影響產品質量和產量，還妨礙新工藝的實施，同時對建筑安全的影響也至關重要。因此搞好電解槽的防腐蝕工作，對有色精煉意義重大。近年來本人參與了多項有色金屬電解槽的腐蝕防護工程實施，在此作一介紹。
玻璃鋼FRP具有質量輕、強度高、絕緣、耐溫性好良好的施工工藝性和可設計等特點，得到了廣泛應用。其中一個重要的應用領域便是有色冶煉電解槽腐蝕防護工程。金川公司各冶煉廠使用 F R P襯里或F R P整體設備，主要應用在銅、鎳等電解槽上。有關電解槽的工藝條件及其腐蝕防護工程的情況見表1、表2。
